IFS & Reiki Consultation Groups
I have been integrating IFS and Reiki since 2018 and during this time, I have witnessed and experienced the ways in which bringing conscious awareness to the energy body can expand and deepen the work of IFS. The energetic system is a magnificent entrypoint for meeting parts, and working in connection with our energy body greatly enhances our ability to meet the needs of our system and to unburden.
The intention of reiki+IFS consultation groups is to enhance our ability to be in Self, to hold boundaries on subtle levels, and to notice and clear the outside energies we may absorb in the course of care work and daily life.
Reiki+IFS consultation groups are offered to IFS-informed practitioners interested in incorporating energetic awareness into their personal and professional practice.

- Four sessions
- Sliding scale
- Options for continuing support with monthly or as-needed group sessions.
